• In Asheville, start out on I-40.
  
• From I-40, exit at the US 19N/US 23N/70W exit.
  
• Follow signs to Hwy 70, Marshall exit.
  
• Continue on Hwy 70 to Greeneville. There will be one left-hand turn 3-4 miles past the Hot Springs turnoff to continue on Hwy 70.
  
• When entering Greeneville, at the 3rd traffic light turn left (Summer Street) and immediately get into the right lane and take the first exit - 11E North to Johnson City.
  
• Continue on 11E North through 3 traffic lights
  
• Go past the Hospitality Inn/Comfort Inn (on the right) and immediately exit right onto Tusculum Boulevard (Hwy 11-E Business)
  
• Laughlin Memorial Hospital is on the hill to your left.

Via Knoxville:

• In Asheville, start out on I-40 W
  
• Take I-40 W to I-81 N toward Bristol.
  
• Continue on I-81 and exit at Exit 23 - 11E North (Greeneville/Bulls Gap exit)
  
• Turn right onto Hwy 11-E North
  
• Continue on 11E North for approximately 13 miles to Greeneville; as you enter Greeneville, continue through 3 traffic lights.
  
• Go past the Hospitality Inn/Comfort Inn (on the right) and immediately exit right onto Tusculum Boulevard (Hwy 11-E Business)
  
• Laughlin Memorial Hospital is on the hill to your left
