Cardiac Rehabilitation Department will celebrate 1-year anniversary!
The cardiac rehabilitation department will celebrate their 1-year anniversary in October 2002. The program opened its doors on October 22, 2001 with one patient and now averages around 30 patients in their phase II and phase III classes. Since opening, 27 patients have graduated from the 12 week program and of those, 12 have remained involved in the phase III or maintenance program. The staff has admitted 71 patients to the program and supervised over 1900 patient sessions.
