Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation is a creative process which includes the cooperative efforts of various specialists and their associates to improve the physical, social, and vocational abilities of persons who are disabled. Disability may be the result of an accident, disease process, or congenital abnormality.

The specialists at Laughlin Memorial Hospital include physical therapists, physical therapists assistants, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists. The professionals in these disciplines work in collaboration with the patient to restore lost function and achieve maximum functional abilities.

Laughlin Memorial Hospital offers rehabilitation services to both acute care inpatients and outpatients
