Children with developmental disabilities have special needs. They have never known normal movement and frequently are unable to walk, problem solve or communicate effectively with their family and other care givers. The pediatric therapists at Laughlin Memorial Hospital work to habilitate these children with respect to mobility, communication, and activities of daily living.
