All Dietetic Services are provided within the Center and are under the supervision of a register dietitian. Menus are planned to include variety and good quality with adjustments, for seasonal, cultural and religious preferences. The Dietitian monitors specialize diets that are ordered by physicians as well as overall food preparation, intake, weights, and other nutritional needs of each resident.
